Items may be returned for credit or refund if postmarked within 30
days of receipt, and only if not damaged or removed from original encapsulation. Please package all returns securely, including a copy of your invoice or other documentation identifying the shipment as a return, and insure the shipment; upon receipt, Island will issue a refund within 2 business days

You can contact us to change or cancel an order at any time prior to its shipment.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE?
All sales are subject to product availability. Orders placed via credit or debit card will ship out the following day. Orders processed via check will have the product pulled from inventory and held until the check has cleared and funded. Once the check has settled orders will be shipped out immediately. Although we do pride ourselves on being thorough, there is a slim chance mistakes could be make, in this case Island will rectify any issues with the order.
CAN I HAVE AN ORDER SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
For your protection and ours, we’re not able to ship to an address other than your billing address.
WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING IS USED? IS SHIPPING ALWAYS FREE?
Orders of $2000 or more will be shipped via USPS Priority Express mail, all others are shipped by USPS First Class mail. All shipments are insured and most will require a signature for delivery. Island offers free shipping on all orders $199.00 or more; if you choose to upgrade to Priority Express for an order that would not otherwise quality for expedited shipping, a reasonable fee will be charged.

Island accepts personal checks, bank or cashier checks*, Paypal, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. We also accept Bank Wires- just contact us for Wire Transfer instructions.
